Recently we formed the Health & Safety Committee and thereafter regular meetings are conducted on a monthly basis. We encourage active participation of all employees in the control of health safety and environmental conservation. This is done through proper planning, leadership with effective communications and training. All potential health safety and environmental risks associated with our activities are identified and assessed and reviewed regularly. All the employees and management team members are actively involved to comply with the key tasks and work plan resulting in reducing harmful risks and a much safer working environment. The ultimate aim is to reduce the occurrences of accidents and incidents for the work force thereby reducing the man-hour losses to the very minimum. Whenever an incident occurs the teams of men involved are called in to attend the meeting to investigate and establish the cause of the incident and the necessary corrective action is sought and implemented so it does not reoccur again.
